Trying to describe what Jacquelyn Eighmy does is complicated because it isn’t so much what she does as how she does it that sets her apart.

Our member’s expectations are high. We recognize that we are more than a service company. We recognize that we are part of a lifestyle that our members embrace, that they live. It is not enough that we are just “here”. Being is never enough. It’s takes a commitment. It takes a sincere devotion to our members that goes beyond “customer service”. It takes an attention to detail, and a willingness to go beyond what is expected.

Jacquelyn does all this and more.

“My main objective is to ensure that members come first. Whether it’s over the phone, via Email or in person, I strive to be the “go-to” person for all membership questions/comments/concerns. My favorite part about being wellness desk manager, though, is being able to ensure that our physical therapy transitional clients have a smooth transition into the Wellness side. It is vital that people continue their rehabilitation process even after their therapy is considered complete. Along with our professional Group Fitness team, I am able to point out classes that will help them achieve their goals. Also, I enjoy welcoming newcomers to the facility. I am always eager to show them everything that The Wellness Center has to offer!”

If you were to sum up Jack in as few words as possible it would be these:

She cares.

Her smile isn’t feigned, nor is her interest in our members, her compassion, her desire to make sure every member’s needs are met. She came to work for PWC because she was inspired by Brian Pinamonti’s passion. “When I met Brian I was immediately impressed by how passionately he spoke about physical therapy and rehabilitation. After I toured the facility and became more aware of his original vision for a facility in which his clients could continue their rehabilitation and wellness lifestyle I was impressed even more and knew this was the place I wanted to be.”

We are just as impressed with her and glad she wants to be here.
